- Corruption Risk Prevention Plan (PPR): Defines and regulates the mechanisms for preventing corruption within the company.
- Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct: Outlines the principles that guide the company’s anti-corruption policy, the expectations for employee behaviour, and the measures in place to prevent corruption. It establishes the company’s general ethical framework.
- Whistleblowing Channel: Allows for the submission of reports regarding potential misconduct and/or ethical or regulatory breaches, internal or external, in line with the provisions of Law No. 93/2021 of December 20.
- Whistleblower Protection Policy: Complies with legal requirements and ensures the protection of individuals who submit complaints through the appropriate channels.

PTDF – Portugal Duty Free, Lda. conducts its business guided by strict principles of ethics, compliance, transparency, and integrity, in full respect of the law, internal codes of conduct, and the standards of the sectoral associations to which it belongs.
The Whistleblowing Channel allows any employee, service provider, or stakeholder with a relationship with PTDF, including clients, to report confirmed or reasonably suspected cases of offences committed, being committed, or likely to be committed, as well as attempts to conceal such offences, irregularities, or breaches of the Code of Conduct, internal policies, or any related regulations.
- PTDF – Portugal Duty Free, Lda., as previously stated, provides a Whistleblowing Channel that enables all employees, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report potential misconduct and/or ethical or compliance-related concerns, whether external or internal, in accordance with Law No. 93/2021 of December 20.
- Reports can be submitted in writing or verbally through the dedicated platform, accessible via the following link: https://whistleblowersoftware.com/secure/ptdf.
- PTDF – Portugal Duty Free, Lda. expressly commits to protecting whistleblowers, ensuring clear principles of non-retaliation for those who use this channel in good faith and on reasonable grounds.
- The confidentiality of whistleblowers, whenever requested, is guaranteed through PTDF’s internal security mechanisms.
- By submitting a report through the PTDF Whistleblowing Channel, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and are aware of how PTDF – Portugal Duty Free, Lda. processes your data to assess and respond to your report.
