We work every day to bring joy to those who visit us.
We are a young and fun brand, focused on providing the best in-store experiences.
We decided to personify this mission by creating our 5 mascots, each reflecting our brand’s identity in every airport.
Duarte (Lisbon), Dinis (Madeira), Diana (Faro), Dora (Azores), and Diogo (Porto) are the Duty Friends you can find in our stores, at each activation or event, creating unforgettable moments during your trip!
Duarte
Duarte is our Lisbon mascot, our resident cosmopolitan! Always on the go, hopping from one flight to another, between trends and conversations.
If you saw someone taking a selfie in the middle of the terminal… yes, that was him.
Diogo
Diogo, our Porto mascot, is the most fun chef in the boarding area!
He’s always wearing his apron and bursting with recipe ideas.
If you catch a whiff of something irresistible… come and try our mascot’s delicious bites!
Dora
Dora is our Azores mascot, born with the soul of an explorer.
She loves getting lost in nature, discovering the best hiking trails and healthy snacks.
A passionate environmentalist and adventurer at heart, she’s always ready to protect the planet… even when she’s backpacking her way to the next flight!
Diana
Diana, our Algarve mascot, is all about sun, beach, and good vibes!
She’s always got one foot in the sand and the other in the store, ready to share her sunny personality.
Feminine and full of style, it’s impossible not to smile when she’s around.

Dinis is our Madeira mascot!
